| Hi there, Hope you're having a nice week. This week I shared two easy recipes for your weekday dinner. Garlic Scape Stir Fry with Pork (蒜苔炒肉丝) - After posting the easy garlic scape with scrambled eggs last week, I wanted to share another easy garlic scape recipe because they're in season and they're so tasty. This is another classic family-style recipe that we cooked all the time back in China. You only need a few pantry ingredients to put it together. Top it on rice and you've got a nice meal. Chicken Pad Thai (Takeout-Style) - It is a recipe I developed when trying to use Chinese ingredients to recreate the Thai flavor. Instead of fish sauce, I used oyster sauce and the result was amazing. I also included tips on how to make the dish vegetarian. I hope you enjoy the recipes this week.
