Hi everyone! We have a great new ice cream-inspired cake recipe to share for Rocky Road Cake! Chocolate cake layers are filled with chocolate buttercream frosting, sliced almonds, marshmallows, chocolate chips, and a drizzle of ganache in this decadent dessert. Our chocolate cake layers are from a super moist doctored chocolate cake mix recipe, but this dessert works perfectly with scratch chocolate cake layers too- we have our favorites linked in the post.
