It's hard to believe that Labor Day is this weekend! To mix things up a bit, I thought I would include a suggested menu plan in this newsletter that would be easy, delicious, and healthy for entertaining family and friends. For the main meal, I will be serving this sugar-free beef brisket recipe. It's ready in only a few hours baked in the oven! For appetizers and sides, I suggest these healthy baked beans, a lightly cultured watermelon & mint salad, and Southern-style coleslaw made with healthy mayo! For dessert, this peach cobbler recipe is both seasonal and delicious. It's grain-free too and uses about half the sweetener of conventional versions.
