3 reasons why you’re not making money with your food photography

Hint: it's not your photography

Edward,

You've been studying all the courses.
You've been watching all the tutorials.
You've been practising and your food photography improved so much!!
People are loving your images on Social Media.
Heck, some accounts have already reached out to you or reshare your photos!

Give yourself a high five 🙌
Your work is GOOOOOOOD!! (yes, even if you don't fully believe it. Yes, you should never stop improving).

And now what??
You thought that the moment your photos got good, money would automatically start flowing.
You just had to improve your photography…. Right??

Oh, I so wish you were right, Edward.

However, there's still one problem.
You're not making money.
There are 3 main reasons why this could be happening.
  1. Your portfolio is all over the place.
Your images are good, great even!
BUT you don't know how to structure your portfolio (and I hope you're not using IG as your portfolio… )
You just put all your images together in a gallery and called it a day.

  2. Your prices are super random.
You have no idea where to start with pricing your work and you're just pulling numbers out of thin air…
$100 per shoot sounds reasonable, right?

  1. You don't know how to get clients. The right clients
Clients who actually have the budget to pay for your photography.
You don't need any more of the "can we use your photos? You're going to get so much exposure!"

Edward, what's the main thing that's holding you back from turning your food photography skills into money?
