| Hello Bakers, Today we are talking all things brownies. Kids love it and so do adults. One of the essential recipes that is not only make ahead and versatile but is easy to make too. I have discussed all the FAQs and points in this blog post but since you guys are here for something extra, I will stick to my words. One of the frequently asked questions is about sourcing ingredients. So here is my experience of the two places I know the most about. Sharing some great chocolate brands that are available in Middle East and Pakistan! Middle East - KSA - Riyadh Baker's Randezvous is my go to shop for buying chocolate slab. Usually I get 2.5 kg block of Beryl's (Malaysian brand) or 1.5 kg coins. Both 62% and that serves eighty percent of my chocolate recipes. I have also tried following brands - Dawn Arabasque (Belgium) Patisserie (Singapore) Callebaut (Belgium) Lindt (available in all major supermarkets) In Pakistan, Beryl's brand is available in Empress Market Karachi. And as always, this email is two way and you can respond with any questions you might have and I will get back to you :) Till Next time, Happy Baking! Love, Nadia |
