Okay, this coffee cake won't actually kill you, but I can't think of any other way to describe it.
It's just THAT good.
Spoiler alert, there's plenty of streusel to go around. Dare I say, it's the best part?
There's no real secret here, but the Sour cream does wonders to keep this cake soft and moist for days.
