Happy New Year! 🥳 I don't know about you, but I'm feeling like the weight of the holidays have crept up on me -- literally. 😂
While I will NEVER give up my desserts, it doesn't hurt to add a little more fiber and nutrients in your food where you can. So I'm starting off the new year with a healthy(er) recipe.
These are Bran Muffins you'll actually want to eat! They're lighter and fluffier in texture, with a hint of cinnamon and vanilla.
They're great as-is, but you can feel free to add chocolate chips, chopped nuts, or even raisins or dried cranberries.
My kids devoured them and asked me to MAKE MORE, so that's saying something! Family-friendly and full of fiber for the win! 🙌🏻
