| Hi there, Hope you're having a nice weekend. This week I want share two exciting recipes with you: Crispy Peanut Butter Chicken - I made my own interpretation of this American Chinese takeout dish. The chicken is pan fried until juicy and crispy, and then covered with a rich and aromatic peanut sauce. I love the result and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did! Cantonese Shumai with Pork and Shrimp - A classic dim sum dish that is quite approachable and easier to make than regular dumplings. I found out the perfect filling ingredients so the result is very close to the ones from dim sum restaurants. If you've never made dumplings before, this one is a great place to start!
