🌈 Rainbow desserts are so happy and the vibrant colors make me giddy like a kid. Every year around St. Patrick's Day I whip up a rainbow dessert. And this year I opted to try my hand at a Rainbow Cake Roll.
It takes a little more time and skill than other cake rolls, due to the mixing and piping of colors, but it's made with a CAKE MIX to make up for that.
It's well worth the effort to have this bright and beautiful cake roll for a special dessert. My kids thought it was the best!
