Rigatoni Bolognese Recipe

What we LOVE about bolognese:
- Easily made ahead and refrigerated for up to 4 days before serving. That makes this sauce perfect for company!
- Bolognese is freezable too. Make a double batch and freeze half for later. You'll be so glad you did!
- This sauce can be served with any kind of pasta. We love it spooned over rigatoni, spaghetti, pappardelle and tagliatelle which are all popular choices.
