Mac and cheese has always been one of my favorite foods, and this microwaveable version is so fun and easy! It's almost too easy, to be honest. We tested this quite a few times and while every iteration was delicious, it took us a few tries to get the creamy, smooth texture we were looking for. The good news is, we were successful!
