What to cook in April

Omnivore's Cookbook

Hi there,

I hope you're having a nice week.

This week we finally came home from our long trip in Japan. It was an amazing trip, and the cities were just as fun and beautiful as I remember. I've added more stories to my Japan trip highlights on Instagram, if you're interested in seeing where we went.

Now that I'm home, the 13-hour jet lag has not been fun. It has taken me a few days but I still feel tired during the day and wake up in the middle of the night. Despite still coming off the travel high, I'm so ready for comforting and healthy homemade food. We ate great meals in Japan throughout the trip, but I do miss our simple, veggie-loaded homemade dishes.

This week I want to share some easy recipes that are perfect for spring. And I'll be sharing new recipes soon, so stay tuned!

Happy cooking and talk soon.

Maggie
