Chipotle Portobello Tacos
What I love about these vegan tacos (besides the flavor of course!) is the ease of making them on a sheet pan. While the flavorful portobello mushrooms and veggies roast, make the pickled red onions, and vegan cilantro cream. The combination is heavenly! Read all the 5-star reviews!
