Easy Raspberry Rhubarb Pie Bars (with a press-in crust!)

 

Raspberry Rhubarb Streusel Pie Bars are the perfect introduction to Spring baking. I love the sweet-tart, jammy filling and oat streusel topping that adds a nice crunch.

And there's no pie dough to roll out! This recipe uses a press-in crust to make things easy.
