I thought I'd share a recipe that many of you already make and love, but tends to get lost under the mound of other recipes.
Chinese Sesame Noodles
These Sesame Noodles are loaded up with healthy veggies and tossed in the most delicious, creamy Chinese Sesame Sauce made with a little ginger, garlic and tahini paste.
The Sesame Sauce coats the noodles so lovingly! Top it with crunchy roasted peanuts, scallions or cilantro, and microgreens (have you made these yet)?
The best part? You probably already have everything you need in your pantry and fridge right now, and this can be made in 20 minutes... just in time for a delicious wholesome lunch. + more healthy lunch ideas!
