Annnnd I have been falling in love with this Cherry Chocolate Smoothie - the perfect afternoon snack, breakfast option (if you add protein) or post-exercise slurp.
(TOP TIP: I always have frozen fruit and veg in the freezer for speedy smoothies and so my spinach doesn't wilt and go off. I mainly make smoothie with frozen ingredients and then add a dash of hot water if I don't want it icy cold.)
