It was a calmer week. A wonderful friend from Colorado was in town so five of us had lunch across the street. I brought a yummy fresh fruit salad instead of a dessert (my usual assignment)!
Next on my list is baking for the state fair this weekend AND next weekend. I will share some pb and j granola bars made with Splenda and sugar-free jam and peanut butter. Then next weekend, I demo this recipe. What did I get myself into??? The gal who contacted me provided the recipe....I'll let you know how it goes.
