My boys said this ice cream is the BEST I've ever made! 🍦

​Good morning!

I just had to share this recipe today - it's a tasty dairy free ice cream that my boys LOVED when I made it last week. I had to update the photos, so I made this recipe again (it was from a few years ago).

Anyway, they raved about it this time! They loved the dark chocolate brownie batter that was swirled throughout.

The brownie batter is really delicious – no eggs of course, and you can safely eat it raw if you toast the flour in the oven first.

With the addition of the cool vanilla ice cream base, this recipe was a winner!
