Good morning. ☀️ We are rolling into another hot one today. This morning is cool and quiet though, both Brian and Lumi have gone back to bed and I'm watching the sun lift through the trees, and everything is so still. Here I feel it all. It comes rushing back, or I suppose it is me rushing back to myself. And in this space there is mostly love, and the deepest thankfulness, for life, for being so forgiving and undeservedly kind at times. Regrets surface, an opportunity for self forgiveness, acceptance. Small moments like this feel like such a gift. It has been a while and I struggle with staying connected to myself by the usual distractions. But when I am here, it feels as if my deepest thirst has been quenched. What is it that pulls me away. Sitting down to write, seems to be a thread to my own heart- I need to remember this! So thank you, for reading, and being here with me. If you have any suggestions... I am looking for a new "morning" book- I gravitate towards spirituality and poetry. Just hit reply to this email to share. Thanks. ❤️
