Hey E! Have you ever googled "online calorie calculator", put your height and weight in and - poof - in seconds you have a calorie target to hit for fat loss! So, you excitedly start tracking your calories…. ….BUT THEY DON'T WORK. 😖 You don't see the results you want. The scale doesn't go down. You don't start looking toned. And, to top it off? I know these free calculators might seem like a quick and easy solution, but they often come with a lot of frustrations and limitations that you probably don't even realize: 1.
