10 Tasty KETO Slow Cooker Meals to Keep Your Kitchen Cool

CROCKPOT BUFFALO CHICKEN SOUP

With so much hot weather across the world, this is the perfect time to keep your kitchen cool by using a slow cooker!

The idea of this recipe was to bring the flavor of a buffalo chicken wing into a soup. Don't get me wrong – this doesn't taste like liquefied buffalo chicken wings; the ingredients bring out a unique flavor you may not have had in a soup before. So, instead of polishing off a plate of protein-heavy buffalo wings, you can grab a bowl of this and be happy.

MISSISSIPPI ROAST

This keto Mississippi roast can be shoved in your slow cooker early in the day for a hands free but tasty dinner. The shredded beef is punched up with peppery flavors and peperoncinis that almost melt into the meat. Plus, you can use ingredients that you probably have in your pantry already!

STUFFED TACO PEPPERS

All the taste of a taco without the hassle of a wrap – it's all stuffed inside a small pepper, cupping the delicious taste inside! The best part of this recipe is that it is very versatile. You can add any toppings you want including bacon, onions, and jalapenos. For the sake of this recipe I used minced turkey, cauliflower, cheese, and spices.
CLAM CHOWDER

New England clam chowder belongs in a soup category of its own - so creamy and comforting. However, after taking a closer look, you'll often find high-carb veggies and all-purpose flour lurking in every spoonful. We decided to flip the script on clam chowder by making it both healthy and satisfying with one simple keto recipe.

BRAISED OXTAILS

Let me start off by saying how tender and juicy oxtail is. Now, this isn't your average piece of meat. I'd describe the dish as something you fantasize about for a Sunday roast but never comes out quite as good. This one hits the ball right out of the park – and I'm sure you'll agree with me when you try it!

CREAMY TACO SOUP

Keto taco soup may be the perfect soup recipe. It's easy-to-make, supremely satisfying, and can be adapted to the Crock-Pot or Instant Pot easily. Plus, you can make it freezer-friendly for a super quick keto meal. We just skip the beans, corn, and tortilla chips that are often lurking in taco soup.

CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA

This is a super delicious and flavorful curry that you can now make keto! You can serve this on its own and it's an amazing dish, though you can pair it with some sides to "bulk" it up in a sense. I decided to serve this with cauliflower rice - simply sautee riced cauliflower in a dry pan and season to taste.

MOCHA PUDDING CAKE

This cake is a cross between a rich chocolate soufflé and a gooey pudding. This keto cake has a moist and velvety texture and a dark chocolate flavor. Tones of coffee flavor enhance the deep chocolate notes and give this dessert a delicious mocha finish.
