My dream is that some company will shine its light on the gluten free community and begin to package and sell gluten free won ton wrappers in the grocery store. Until then, we'll have to make our own to use for dumplings using my own well-researched and tested recipes. Make extra, because you'll want to use them to make egg rolls, potstickers, "fried" wontons, and, well, anything you could make with the packaged ones.
