Welcome back to the Sally's Baking Recipes monthly newsletter. And hello, fall! π This is my favorite time of year for baking and I have plenty to share this season. Before I send out new October recipes, let's take a look at some of September's highlights.
A must-bake this fall! This pumpkin bread has been a fan favorite since 2014. It's moist, packed with cinnamon spice and tons of pumpkin flavor, and you don't even need a mixer! Have you tried it yet?

It was a busy month! Lots of new videos & updated favorites:
As part of my special community of subscribers, you get one of the 1st opportunities to purchase my limited time shirts. Now you can wear your love for baking... and eat it, too. ππ°
My team & I spent 18 months testing these shirts to make sure they are the highest quality. We partnered with family-run small business Bella Bean Studios to print and ship the shirts worldwide. Because this is a small business, the shop does not accept returns, so please reference the sizing chart before ordering.
I launched these in my Facebook Group last month and here's what some members have said:
"I wore mine for the first time yesterday and it's perfect! Super comfy and true to size π"
"Love my shirt. So soft. Size is accurate."
"I'm so excited my shirts came today! One for my granddaughter, my husband, and me! Love them they are so soft!"

Honestly a flavorful upgrade from classic apple crisp, and no gluten in the recipe! I originally published this back in 2014... and it's not just "really good for a gluten-free recipe." It's just plain REALLY GOOD. Lots of texture between the crunchy almond topping and soft, gooey cinnamon apples. Easy dessert, too!
"So there are ok and good recipes, and then there are recipes like this – ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! This will be put in the recipe box and made for years to come. Moist enough to stand alone without the caramel glaze (so so moist!), but if you add the glaze, it is a decadent treat! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐" - Jenny
"While moving I lost my recipes. Not just mine but my mother's and grandmother's as well. I'm heartbroken but I find that your recipes are close to those I've used for years. This pumpkin roll recipe was identical. I pulled out my tea towel and made one today. Came out perfect. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐" - Deborah
"This recipe works out absolutely perfectly! The resulting crust is both soft and substantial, with just a dash of crispness on the outside. Don't panic when removing your dough from the stand mixer bowl prior to kneading and find that it is a bit sticky. It does firm up as you knead. Pairs well with a mushroom spinach topping! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐" - Kyle
