Gooey, crunchy, buttery, and delicious all at once.
I have a great love for Seven Layer Bars, which is where the inspiration for these delicious cookies came from. There is no sweetened condensed milk or graham crackers like Seven Layer Bars traditionally include, but still seven layers of goodness: chocolate, butterscotch, potato chips, corn flakes, dulcey pearls, cacao nibs, and marshmallows.
They're versatile too, with suggestions for other bits in your pantry that you might have instead.
