Hey again, We!

We wanted to check-in again to see how our complimentary anti-inflammatory meal plan is going and see how you're feeling.

The upcoming info is backed by research and confirmed by our experience from personal struggles. Our content also stems from our professional experience in treating thousands of patients, working alongside Dr. Mark Hyman (pictured here) in a renowned functional medicine center and in Kylene's current role as the Cleveland Cavaliers Performance Dietitian.

What personal struggles have we had? Well to start, Kylene went years being told her chronic fatigue was "in her head" when in all actuality, it was the result of mold exposure that led to numerous food sensitivities and ultimately, Celiac Disease (a harsh diagnosis for someone with grandparents from Italy who used to send her hand made pasta weekly).
(I), Michael, battled gut issues and brain fog that no one could figure out until a functional medicine physician at the Cleveland Clinic diagnosed me with SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth) and noted some of the worst labs for leaky gut syndrome and inflammation she had ever seen!! Furthermore, I have a food sensitivity to corn which is in EVERYTHING.

Lastly, Abby has battled a wicked hormone imbalance since early in her college years and all 3 of us have experienced varying degrees of toxic mold exposure, a VERY common root of many gut and fatigue related issues.

Our personal experience and professional training is going to help you achieve your optimal health!

Being active individuals, we have sought to blend the world of functional nutrition (a focus on whole-foods and each individual's unique biological needs) with the world of sports nutrition which is often focused on junk foods marketed as "healthy" towards athletes.
