These days I've crafted my own spin on that famous burrito bowl so I can whip up a batch when the mood strikes!

After lots of trial and error, I found out that cilantro rice is where all the magic happens. It's the base to building all the flavor.
The good news is that I have cracked the code to re-creating it at home.
The even better news, it's super easy to make which means no more trips to Chipotle.
