As it is now July and the weather is getting warmer (well hopefully anyway, between rain showers if you are in the UK!), it is the time to make ice lollies and ice cream to cool down with. Just a few minutes of preparation before freezing in advance and you'll have a freezer full of deliciousness!
These are my favourite ice lollies, so easy to make and so tasty! In the recipe posts you'll find a link to the specific ice lolly mould I use, it works so well.
I hope you have good weather where you are, I am certainly getting in the mood for ice creams and sorbets now. I'm still baking but usually quick recipes like flapjacks or scones that don't heat up the kitchen too much.
Plus the slow cooker is a godsend in the summer when you don't want to turn on the oven and need the convenience. In my next newsletter I'll share my favourite summer slow cooker recipes!
Have a great week. If you make any of my recipes please leave a comment and rating (the stars in the comment field) as this helps others to know how you've found it.
