I need to bring a dessert to a party this weekend, so I'm turning to my favorite dessert technique: pressure cooker cheesecake.

And, of all my cheesecakes, this one may be my favorite. It may sound strange, but the sour cream and the sweet chocolate make a fantastic combination. (I may also be a chocolate addict, too.)
