Ever since I took my grandsons to this restaurant a few months ago, I was determined to take my wonderful group of friends there to see how they enjoyed this place too.

I'm delighted to relate that they all loved it too. There were 10 of us, and we were seated in the large front room.

Almost everyone chose a different dish for dinner - the repetition came from the scallops and the beef. Sadly, not only did I not get a photo of my own choice before I started in on it, but I didn't get photos of anyone else's.

Scallop mornay crepe; Creamy chicken and mushroom crepe, Beef Bourguinon, French toast crepe, and mine was the Creamy satay chicken crepe.

The satay chicken crepe was truly fabulous. The satay was spicy and tasty and tangy.

A couple of my friends even had dessert: Tirimasu and Banoffee Pie crepe.

The service was excellent too. The bright cheerful young woman whist chatting to us referred to herself as Zoe. Stew had already told her that I do a blog, and so I pounced on her name and told her that she might be mentioned in this blog. She then said that that wasn't her name (she said that was in case we thought she was useless). but she didn't need to fear. She was lovely. She later told us that her actual name is Zoella - which is a Jewish name she said.
