16oz. tub of Ben & Jerry's Milk & Cookies ice cream = $4.38.
20oz. pack of Oreos Double Stuffed cookies = $3.98.
8oz. bag of Cheetos Puffs = $3.48.
No, I haven't exchanged my grocery list with my email to you, E. đđ
I shared prices of popular "snack" items with you because if you do the math on themâŠ
⊠you'll find you spend a few hundred bucks on food that isn't nourishing your body, mind, and soul.
It's easy to miss these because wellâŠ
a) it's only a bag, a tub, a pack, and b) once you've eaten it, it's gone.
BUT you're spending money on them!
Now you may say, "But Taylor, I don't eat these every day."
Fair enough. It's fine to eat these things sometimes to nourish your soul (and I'll show you how to do so while losing fat in Fit and Faithful)....
However, if you add up the actual cost, you'll find that not only are you spending money but you're also paying for it with your health and your peace of mind.
...Especially if you find yourself being controlled by cravings and giving in too often.
Maybe you relate to that?
On the other handâŠ
âŠmy 8-week Christian weight loss program Fit & Faithful at $99 a month actually breaks down to approx. 3 bucks a day. đ± đ„ł đđŒ |
