If you are anything like me you might be prone to this particular habit...
You notice something awesome in someone else's life or health. Maybe it's a home renovation, new career move, or a health transformation (like the ones I share from my clients) and you think 'wow that is so good....for them'
And whilst you are happy for them you also think that it is probably NOT for you.
Cos you've tried to do that before and look at how far you got!?
You hoped that would happen for you and your body but your symptoms have gotten worse, not better.
You started something full of enthusiasm but then felt so overwhelmed and restricted that it didn't last long and you STILL beat yourself up about it.
Sound familiar?
It is so easy for us to discount ourselves. To be in the habit of feeling a little bit crap but thinking that is the only option.
And so many women I chat to are super stoked when they hear about my client's transformations, or when they read all the varied testimonials, or when they physically see the progress in someone they know (its why I end up working with men - cos it's they are so impressed by the results they see in the women in their lives - that they come and work with me!).
The theme is that they think it is not for them.
They are too busy. They have tried things before and it didn't work. They are too complicated - too many things going on. They have fussy tastes or small kids around their house. Work is all-consuming. They work shifts. They have several diagnoses to contend with. They feel afraid and can't bear to be disappointed again. They feel stressed and overwhelmed and surely working on your gut or hormones or energy would just add another plate to spin!?
BUT as a holistic nutritionist who at this point has worked with thousands of people from all sorts of backgrounds, careers, diagnoses, and stages of life I know that it IS FOR YOU.
It is never too late, never too complicated, never too stressful (not when you work with me anyway!), never too much to hope that you could feel better.
Or be more energised.
Or have happier and steadier moods.
Or glowing skin and a flatter belly that feels good.
Or a normal, enjoyable relationship with food, without feeling restricted or 'on a wagon'.
I am so confident that you can feel at least 50% better than how you feel now. Why? I see it in my clinical online practice all the time.
So I am confident we can improve your gut health, energy, hormonal health, and mood.
You just need to show up and be willing to take imperfect action.
If you haven't already signed up I would LOVE for you to join me in the Beat the Bloat Program.
Over 7 days we are going to kick start a happier flatter belly and increased energy. It's a live group program, that is INSANELY affordable and accessible to ALL who want it and I will be there to coach you through the whole process.
(And if you want to know more I did a live Q&A on Instagram today - so you can watch that HERE.)
But I would love to work with you in this way and help you improve your belly, your gut health, and your hormones with this program. I am SO STOKED to get to know you more, give you some personalised feedback and advice (there is a live workshop and regular live call where I will be able to give you some one-to-one support).
This is FOR YOU.
I know it is scary but as an experienced, trained, holistic nutritionist with years of experience and post-graduate training - I am SO CONFIDENT that this program will benefit you. Even if you are in menopause, have major gut issues, have CFS or zero-time or tiny kids running around, or have tried this kind of this before.
This stuff works and it doesn't need to be difficult, complicated, or time-consuming (hey remember there are 3 kids under 3 going on in my house and two working out of the home parents - wasting time is NOT an option!)
So on Friday 11th March, I am kicking off the Program and I would LOVE to see you in there we so I can support you to kick start some incredible changes in your energy, belly, relationship with food, and hormones.
What I do is unique, it is 100% holistic, based on research but also based on your as a unique person and system. And that is why I am confident this can work for you - if you let it.
Much love,
