Hope your 2023 is off to a great start! If, like me, you're wanting to get back to eating healthier after the holidays, here are some Plant-Based on a Budget resources that might be helpful:
- If you're looking for a meal plan, look no further! The Plant-Based on a Budget Meal Plan will show you how to hack the supermarket so that you can get all the food you'll want for an entire week for a grocery bill of only $35. Starting on January 3rd, hundreds of people in our private Facebook group will cheer each other on as we all start using the same meal plan. Check it out!
- If you like to create your own meal plans, Plant-Based on a Budget cookbook and Plant-Based on a Budget Quick & Easy (preorder) are comprehensive guides that include tips, recipes, and a ton of information to get you started in the new year on the right foot. They've got all my love in them, too!
- The Plant-Powered People Podcast has three episodes you might find particularly inspiring. Episode 23 with Eric O'Grey, episode 87 with Adam Sud, and episode 8 with Karen Brockway. They both share how they reached their health goals.
- In our 14-minute mini-documentary, 7 Days, we shared the story of 24-year-old Raul who — in just 7 days — cut his cholesterol nearly in half, got out of the pre-diabetic zone, and dropped his weight by adopting a whole food, plant-based diet for a week. His story is wonderful and you can watch it here.
