I've been watching my robin friend build a nest above a downspout outside my window. She's back for the third year in a row, and it's a wonderful sign of spring to view from my computer desk.
I've been planning our Easter dinner---ham has been requested and that takes little effort to make. There will be glazed carrots, spinach souffle, and I'll poll the family for dessert ideas this weekend. Hope you all have a wonderful start to the new month!!

Plus, here are a few recipes I shared on Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest this week:
- Berry Galette - If you aren't a fan of making double crust pie recipes, try this galette. Just one crust and you fold the edges up around the fruit.
- French Chocolate Mousse- Julia Child's Mousse au Chocolat!
- Samoa Cookies - A copycat Girl Scout cookie recipe for when your stash runs out.
I hope you have some fun in the kitchen this week! And if you're planning your Easter menu, pop over to the blog tomorrow when I share another round up post featuring lots of Easter recipes. XOXO
